Q: Tell us about yourself.
Where are you from? What are some of your career highlights?
A. After graduating from beauty
school,I built my career as a hairstylist in Fukuoka prefecture, Japan where I was born and
raised. In 2016, I made a
big decision to come out to the states. I always dreamed of coming here, but it was just a dream
for ‘some day’. Well, I said to myself, that ‘some day’ will never come if I don’t act now. So here I am. I’ve worked in various
locations from LA to Texas and now in Saratoga. So
many special encounters in each of these locations have made my life in the U.S. such a special one that I
call it my second home.
Q: What's your specialty?
Creating customized perms that tailor to individual
hairstyles and types. Perms can create movements that a
simple haircut won’t be able to, and further adds personality and style to your

A: Throughout my
childhood, I was inspired by my grandmother who was a hairstylist owning several
salons. Watching her enjoy her job to the fullest
definitely influenced me.

I love being able to create beauty that
can magically transport a
customer from their busy everyday lives to a relaxing
and wondrous place
Q: Tell us about your
To become the one and only
hairstylist for my customers. I want to always be confident and proud of who I am and the work I do by
delighting every single one of my customers.
Q. Who’s your muse?
I look up to all my customers, staff,
and salon owners I’ve met throughout my life. I’ve learned so much from each and every person. I also have major respect for my
parents. Their existence and unconditional love for me is always an encouragement.
